This is our meeting time when we discuss your goals, recommended project scope, and required timelines. Next is the delivery of a proposal outlining everything. Upon signature and deposit, we begin our journey!

2. DISCOVERY + RESEARCH
Using a simple Q & A format, we clarify many important things about your business. It’s a very valuable stage that digs deeper into your state in the marketplace (both current and desired), defines the competition and how this affects your market placement, and creates a crystal clear blueprint for the brand, message and marketing of your business.

3. IDEATION + CONCEPTS
Based on phase two discoveries, concept sets are developed. This helps with the bigger picture and shows how each direction impacts the user experience across all project components.
Once the concept sets are designed, we’ll review together with you and your team, in person or remotely. Concept direction is chosen. *NOTE: Inclusion of all decision-makers for the presentation of concepts is required.

4. DEVELOPMENT + REFINEMENT
Next, we move into concept revisions, refinement, and full development. Open communication is crucial here as we button things up, and efficiency in engagement is highly effective for a successful completion.

5. PRODUCTION + LAUNCH
Whether we are creating print pieces, digital elements, or a combination of both, the final stage is always crucial in bringing things to fruition. Proofs are approved, digital and online work is tested, debugged and launched, and everything is streamlined. Next, we’re ready to show the world!
After the final dust settles, we’ll have a simple review together so we know how the process was for everyone, and how it might lead to future work together.
